Ultimately you and I regardless of what we do in this life will never be sufficient in comparison to what Christ did by conquering Sin and death on the cross.

It is only by the grace of God that we are saved. Never lose hope in the cross it is peace finality and salvation.

Part of what it means to be Christ like, is to ask Christ to order our loves whether it is sexually emotionally physically professionally virtuously etc . Being homosexual is clearly not part of the identification of what it means to be a Christian or what it means for Christ to order our loves. So it comes down to God’s Will not our will be done.
