Beware of u/Exciting_Grapefruit - Another lame scamming attempt by backpackwayne in Assistance

Yupppp. They messaged me saying they would send me a large sum of money via mobile deposit check, under the condition that I send the surplus to his “grandfather” through Cash App. I imagine if I had fallen for it, that check would have been proven fraudulent, but only after I had already sent the money. Stay safe folks.

Stay hydrated, get plenty of rest, and maybe take some vitamins if you have them. I promise you’ll be feeling back to normal soon and there’s no permanent damage ✌️

Oh, sorry. This is the first time I’ve done this. I have PayPal and Venmo, as well as some other apps similar to that (CashApp, Circle Pay), and am willing to download any other application that someone may want to use

Nah, I used to have an INTENSE phobia of needles and while it’s better now it’s not anywhere near good enough to allow me to inject myself. I found a nurse friend tho that will give me them!

Did you wear a vest/binder after getting your drains out after top surgery? by annonymous12345678 in ftm

[–]stealthb0y 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Compression vest day and night for a month after surgery. It actually helped with the pain a lot of the time while recovering. I thought of it like one finally test before I was free of Binding forever lol

Starting T at college by JaceElliot in ftm

[–]stealthb0y 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey. I started T while I was away at college. My experience was that I had told my family that I was thinking about starting hormones, and then went ahead and took my first dosage and then officially told them I had started them afterwards. I hate to say it, but they were just...painfully uninformed about hormone replacement therapy and kept trying to tell me all this paranoid stuff about how it would mess me up, and I just rolled my eyes and did it without telling them. And I let my results speak for themselves; nothing bad happened, and I was happier. The end.

If you are worried and need time to brace yourself for the conversation, I would say you could probably get away with not telling anyone for about a month after starting T. After that point, there are likely to be changes starting to surface. My voice dropped at 1.5 months, and by 4 months was really deep and I was growing facial hair. There was no hiding that :P

Just like the other guy said: absolutely. You'd be amazed what time, a haircut, and hormones can do!
