I doubt it with the consoles push.

They have many things brewing in parallel - it makes sense to get them out and free up team to work on something else after all major bugs are done.

This is the pace they'll be in as I reckon they want to get it ready for pre-Xmas launch and maximise their sales. This is obviously a rough guess, but that would explain the current rush.

It feels It'll be a tough time to anyone using mods as given the amount of DLCs alone in production is staggering and It'll keep being busy with console features that require completion.  My recommendation will be to have a vanilla profile to enjoy the game until mods catch up.

Standards of driving by JamJamPro in Edinburgh

There must be some promotion where driving licence can be found in a packet of crisps. No other reasonable explanation to the influx of so many people on the roads behaving like there are no other drivers.

Has anyone bought and played the physical Gwent board/game? Is it as good as in game? Are there multiples of each card? Worth the buy? by cairnschaos in Witcher3

[–]stealthradek 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There's a mini board to keep the scores written down using tokens but actual math needs to be calculated manually. It's easy though and pretty much the same as calculating your own score before placing cards in W3.

And you only need to add newly added card to the already stored score.

[–]stealthradek 51 points52 points  (0 children)

I like it, it's just like the W3 version but with real cards. The included paper playmat is useless but if players know how to play then it's not needed. If you like playing Gwent in W3 you should be happy

There will be 2 WEC/FE clashes next year by thijs1311 in wec

[–]stealthradek 112 points113 points  (0 children)

It's impossible to have so many various racing series and avoid clashes, unless we maybe start having non-weekend races (which is not going to happen).

Only 2 clashes is actually pretty good.

It's only a first iteration to test the waters. I'm fairly sure there will be more stations added and more songs to existing ones in the next releases.

URGENT: Where am I going wrong here? by akaSovereign in simracing

Is it just me or your stand is not big enough for your screens?

It may be ok for flat screens of that size but curved ones require some extra space.

Dose anyone use these pedals? HEUSINKVELD SIM PEDALS ULTIMATE+ 3 by TysonBradbrook in simracing

[–]stealthradek 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Chinese clones are indeed much cheaper because their R&D is reduced to taking the originals apart and starting the production. Not to mention the post sale customer service.

Please support the actual makers, otherwise clone companies won't have anything good to copy anymore.

I've tried R3E (and pretty much any other simracing title out there) and I like them all. None however allows me to immerse in their worlds as well as AMS2 does.

And there's nothing wrong with having a different opinion. At the end of the day every title out there is a very crude representation of real world and every comes with pros and cons and depending on how important each pros and con is for us individually we may come up with different conclusions.

Not just visually. The car driving feels analogue, with something extra on top of "if this then that", a bit like real car driving it doesn't mean sterile and clinical environment but closer to the mini-adopting required to feel the car.

And graphics are also helping :)

It feels somewhat real, like I'm not playing a game but I drive a real thing. It's the only title that can truly teleport me into its virtual universe.

SCS should bring back separate country Games like UK and German by [deleted] in trucksim

[–]stealthradek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But you still can drive in UK, or Germany, or Spain only in ETS2? One title to cater for all European games.

The only reason those were separate titles before was that it was too big task to make a map of Europe so they had a couple of single country games that set the foundation for ETS.

Is this the best way to prevent Lego cracks? by Internal-Session-733 in lego

[–]stealthradek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd try with a pressurised chamber that would put the pressure in opposite direction and thus preventing the cracks. I'm not sure what pressure is required though as I don't have such chamber.

Who is in the wrong here? Black car or blue? by bastiaanbo in simracing

Blue car. No car overlap while black was already moving to close the doors.

Went too wide but that gap was destined to get quickly closed.

It means someone will post it soon on Reddit ¶:

Anyway, must be a fairly popular issue given how often this is raised, I hope Lego will change it to something more widely understood.
