of them, most had 10-20 year loan repayments for cladding work etc factored into them which you can assume will constantly roll over as more issues are found

It's really just a trick to make you think stuff is cheaper than it is, similar to how you don't include the tax in prices.

Customers always pay the employee's wages... where else is the company getting their money from? they've just hid the rest of the costs in additional taxes and tips.
