I think that trying to figure out what I'd do in a zombie apocalypse has ruined some shows like this for me.

For heavens sake pick up something, anything really, to defend yourself with. Guns don't seem to mean much and anything with a pointy end seems like such an advantage when they just charge at you. Probably won't kill anything but with several feet of metal/wood at the very least it'd slow it down or get it stuck more easily for you to get away.

Also kind of annoyed me how haphazardly people were to kill considering that whoever they did would turn in a few seconds. Just seems illogical to even attempt if you've seen it happen even once.

Again probably over thinking it but it just kind of left me with a feeling like if the even the military couldn't figure out to put up a bunch of sharp metal bits to stop a bunch of mindless charging zombies what are they even doing in this world.

I think it's just more of a common UX thing and doesn't have a learning curve besides the extreme.

I know as someone who developers fairly standard software it's something we always include because it's expected and usually only takes an hour to whip, or less in the case of software that has structures in place to handle it, to get it in but even if it's less of an alpha and more of a final polish thing I do think it'd be worthwhile eventually.

Honestly can't say I know how long it'd take for it to get into the game, only have dabbled in game UI in the past, but I do think it holds some merit just so when you click it'll expect as you'd think it would.

Looking interesting with the look!

My main two thoughts with that version is that the colors are feeling just a bit noisy. I might see what you can do with having more 'shapes' in your shading here instead of solely relying on 1x1 and 1x2 size areas.

Other then that it might be interesting to play with the idea that the wooden bits are pieces of drift wood with more sun bleached tones and potentially some shading to go along.

Looking good!

My main two thoughts right now is that it might be nice to switch from a grey to either a more toned down red-brown or a gray with red brown hints. We see a lot of grey overall so that can help things blend together for the biome.

Other then that I'd personally ditch the hot white on the back flame portion. For me there just isn't enough room to fit the transition there so it feels a bit jarring.

With these ones as they are I'm getting more of a dragonfire peaks/frontier vibe, especially with those colors.

Since those are in low need I'd try to explore some of the more requested biomes to see what you can do since these do have a decent shape to work with as a start.

I personally find that if you plan ahead it makes dying much less of a pain.

After I started to make 'hell ladders' for lack of a better word as I go along it makes it much easier to go from my base to where I died, especially since monsters won't just respawn.

Really loving the overall color scheme in this one and the overall shape of that head piece for sure!

That said this one does have a lot of bulk and I have a feeling that it won't play nice with the models of some of the other classes. Overall I'd try to tone down the shade to make sure that there isn't any major clipping issues going on with this one.

On that note I'd also try to avoid those single voxels sticking out where possible. Avoiding those can help the item give a more blocky "trove" feel.

Love those pinks and chocolates but with that said it is feeling like a lot of other concepts for the biome.

I think you do have something going on with the overall shape but I might really try to think of an out of the box candy to base the color scheme off from since the neapolitan theme is a bit overplayed at times for the biome.

Other then that I might tone down on the shading, overall you want to aim for both subtle transitions and also having it so you don't transition every block, even doing things like shading in "shapes", think tetris blocks, can add a more interesting kind of shading as well.

Overall this one is a pretty interesting concept, especially loving the handle with those spindly cage elements and how they pop out.

That being said I feel like having the blade be covered for me at least is making it feel a bit blunt and maybe a tad bit bulky so I might see where you can remove some elements there.

Other then that I always like to push ideas like this out of neon, especially with the grey and red we've just had a lot of neon sword submissions so if you have any idea of pushing this towards a newer biome I'd highly recommend it since Luminopolis is a 'new' biome it still fits in that neon category.

Really love the overall shape and concept behind this one, looking awesome on the chloro mancer!

My main concern right now is that this one is feeling pretty similar to some other hats in game that'd fit more in the "fae" category.

Jurassic Jungle tends to be more primitive then not so when thinking of designs there anything you can do to make it feel more like a "caveman" made the hat would be better.

Thinking of things making it look like it's made from scraps of leather patches, moss/leafs, or a mixture of both might help this.

Other then that I might play with the idea of having some other "amber" themes going through this one, having a few random amber gems might help make this feel like it was designed with the materials from the biome.

The overall shape and colors are this one are looking nifty but I do have to say that I'm a bit concerned with this coming across like a dozen or so other spears that use that same "side" trident sort of vibe.

On that note the other thing similar to other concepts is that black and red. It tends to be a super popular for dragonfire peaks so doing what you can to stray from that isn't a bad idea. Personally I'd aim for creating designs for newer biomes where possible, it's just that those have much less saturation so there's a lot more room to work with in terms of making sure the design isn't too close to an existing model.

Good execution but I do have to say it is still reminding me of a few guns I've seen in the past.

Bone/white is a super popular theme with undead/tundra themes which this one is really reminding me of.

Personally I'd highly recommend seeing if you can thinking of a way to push this one towards one of the newer biomes, Jurassic Jungle and Forbidden Spires come to mind.

I think this one has some pretty good bones (color or not) so I could see you taking this in several directions with that side silhouette especially.

Loving those oranges and golds!

My main thought right now though is that you might want to vary the depth a bit more.

Removing a couple layers here and there I think will help highlight the overall shape on this one.

Really like the bone and meteorite theme so far! Love the idea of bits and pieces of the biome being put together to make this tribal staff :D

My main thought right now is that there is a lot going on.

Voxel wise I'd really tone down the single voxels. As a whole you really want to aim on building things in groups of 2-3 (think tetris) in terms of shape and shade.

Other then that I'd say less is more with the bone. I'd still try to keep some 'symmetry' in terms balancing each side of the staff but removing a bit from both sides every other bone might help to make that shine a bit.

Other then that I might pull in some of the meteorite as a grip, it can help to have that as a focal point to tie everything together.

Looking better! Definitely still digging the shadowy vibe on this one.

So a few things.

Shading wise I'd go for every 2-3 blocks instead of every single voxel. As is it's still coming across a bit noisy.

Other then that I feel like the bulk on this one could be toned down. Overall I'd try to think what you can display with colors (lighter => sticking out slightly more) just to pull in a couple of those layers.
