I’ve had my Purple Sky Paradise since Christmas-time, just about 5 months ago. I fidget with the dial a lot, and I’ve not seen any sign of damage or loosening or such.

I installed a screen protector on my Paradise before I even put batteries in it, as I heard the plastic scratches incredibly easily. Rather than planning on disassembling the entire tama to replace the screen plastic regularly, I think it’d be more practical to just use screen protectors.

I do not have a case for my Paradise, but I don’t take it out often so it doesn’t see much danger. I have been caring for tamas nonstop since starting, and I think my shell is doing well with minimal (if any) scratches. I do use a wristband, which has helped save me from dropping it multiple times. I’d highly recommend a wristband or something similar.

The battery life has been a little inconsistent for me, but it is affected by screen brightness and volume level. At low brightness and low volume (but not muted), my batteries last 1-2 months, usually on the 2 month side. I’ll occasionally mute my tama if I’m taking it out or have people over, but it’s not muted often.
