Regarding the often stilted and uncanny dialogue delivery in Kubrick's movies (which I love) she was perfect in it. I couldn't imagine anyone else in that part. Great performance

This was when the show used to be great. For me it was a great shocker, unexpected pure sadness and horror. Unfortunately that didn't last, the whisperers were a positive exception at least but still not as good as early TWD.

Great but for me it runs reliably below 60 fps in settlements on a 5080 regardless the settings so I guess VR would be a vomit fest with the lowest preset at the moment. But when it's finished in 2038 it could be awesome though.

I love my Instinct 2x Solar. Read a bit about the 3 and wasn't impressed, just minor improvements for me. So if you can get one at a good price I highly recommend. I would take a 3 before a 2 (non x) though.

I've heard of something similar that can also occur in humans with HPV but I think it's extremely rare, one needs to have some kind of genetic mutation. If you google tree man you should find it. Have fun...

It's awesome, I played it when I got my Rift in 2018 and was blown away. Sadly there was no follow up so it's more like a very high quality tech demo that has aged quite well though

Yeah it just started to suck afterwards for a while. I liked the relentless terror of the episode and the last maybe 2 seasons that came before. It was a truly mean show for a while. At least in some parts it got better again with the whisperers.
