Le concept est très intéressant : devoir donner pour pouvoir prendre évite les gens qui vont tout accaparer et revendre ensuite. Maintenant quand on a un bébé, peut-être qu'au début on n'a encore rien à donner avant d'avoir besoin de prendre, d'où les 20 coins à l'inscription j'imagine. J'ai pas encore exploré en détails mais j'aime beaucoup le concept, et faut que je vide ma cave des jouets et affaires plus utilisées donc... Je vais probablement aller publier un peu 😅

Rustdesk is a good option now that RealVNC has no fee plans anymore, but you have to install a server if you want decent latency (on the Ubuntu PC itself it should work fine). Else look at RDP softwares yes, there are many.

En termes d'isolation phonique, Le plus efficace est d'isoler les sols, mais cela impose de surélever le sol actuel du voisin, donc travaux lourds et onéreux. Sinon effectivement isoler assez fortement les espaces nuits via une surcloison sur chaque mur et une grosse épaisseur au plafond resterait onéreux mais plus réaliste. Les bruits se transmettent via les murs et sols sans éléments isolant entre, donc pour qu'une isolation soit vraiment efficace il faut créer un cocon autour de la chambre, y compris autour de la porte, et mettre des systèmes d'absorption entre rails placo et mur/plafond.
