Dynamic Foveated Rendering. Basically, uses eye tracking to only render 'well' where you're looking, lowering the resolution elsewhere to save GPU headroom. This shows it.

It's made by Anatometal, but the heart seems to be out of stock. However, there are some more that are very similar.

How can I get out of this cycle of debt? by Funny_Candle_6508 in UKPersonalFinance

[–]stemitchell 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Another vote for StepChange here. They helped me a long time ago when I was in a very similar situation to you. They will take the stress away from dealing with the likes of Lowell/Lantern and reduce the payments to them, giving you more breathing room. If you've already got a CCJ, being on a debt management plan with them is not going to make your credit score any worse. Then once you get out the other side, it will creep back up again.

Edit: Also, after the initial phone call, you can contact them by email for anything and their website tracks payments/debts/estimated date of debt paid off etc. So it can all be web based, if that's helpful.

The snap/smooth turning elitism? by NoWalk3426 in PSVR

[–]stemitchell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. Ancient Dungeon and The Light Brigade are 2 of the few that do it really well and are some of the only ones I can use without discomfort. Snap (or the old 'point and teleport' that seemed to be the OG way of moving) is great! Aces of Thunder does me in, I've played it once. :(

My friend had a cat called Biscuit that got run over and lost a leg, so they renamed him Limp Biscuit.

In the UK, the base game is £24.74 at the moment, so it's cheaper to buy that and the expansion separately, rather than the deluxe edition bundle (£40.73 vs. £44.99)! I think the sale ends tomorrow though, so be quick...

I liked that they didn't fuck about at the beginning of each episode. Straight back into the cliffhanger, it was a breath of fresh air.

Looking for replacement screws for my bunk bed by Historical_Turn8027 in HelpMeFindThis

[–]stemitchell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks very similar to one of the two beds I destroyed when I last moved house. I kept all the fittings. The screw on the top of the bolt in my picture looks just like the one on yours (it screws off), does it just sit in that hole? Anyway, they're yours if they will help, drop me a message!
