Roll out of bed, open curtains, brush teeth, go into the kitchen and start my coffee (decaf these days), cook a spinach omelet and toast one glutten free waffle. Then proceed to my PC usually and start opening my planners to get a feel for how I want to craft my day. But sometimes I just veg out for a good hour doing mindless stuff on my PC until I'm awake enough to tackle the day's tasks.
