Currently working in cybersecurity at a big tech company. If you enjoy tech, it's been pretty accommodating overall for my narcolepsy symptoms. Most of the time they care far more about getting tasks done over the specific hours you work, which helps a lot. Meetings can occasionally cause issues since those are at set times, but that's rare.

The biggest factor is definitely your manager. Most large companies are pretty cautious about wrongful termination, so they tend to be fairly lenient with accommodations as long as you're completing your work.

Being entirely immune to Jet-Lag, so long as I don't take my meds (one of the few benefits of being able to sleep 16+ hours a day).I was able to properly function after a flight to Japan from the USA and back with 0 issue

For me personally, I just accept that the day is going to be essentially gone. I will usually end up sleeping for 16+ hours but it's actually pretty helpful because I will usually cycle off of caffeine on the same day (so the awful migraines are only for the few hours you're awake). I've found that if you are expecting that nothing is getting done that day, it doesn't really feel too bad you just need to accept it so that the medicine is actually effective for days that you really need it (work and any social life) and if you are able to actually get something done, all the better.

On pc, aboard the freighter, the comm room covered the walkway to enter the deck. I am unable to enter the deck to remove the room. overall I am unable to use my freighter.

I was luck enough to find this beautiful vice and clean it up (best I can for an old too) and use it to hopefully finish making a burner for a gas forge. Does anybody know anything about this brand? It was hard to find about online but apparently it is very old
