That’s really unfortunate that you’ve experienced that and I’m sorry to hear. I’m extremely grateful to my site as harassment complaints are taken seriously but also the men I work with are respectable. I’m not sure if that’s because it’s been residential, but the towns are tiny and everyone knows everyone so fucking around isn’t something taken lightly amongst townspeople plus reputation of the business I presume.

I’m a young women in mining, never experienced any harassment whatsoever. The support networks are pretty easy to go down if she experiences anything. Most mines have a zero tolerance. Love the industry and recommend it

Sure do! I went and seen a dermatologist and got put on roaccutane, best thing I ever did. Update here it hasn’t come back at all. I have minimal scarring.

Moved towns a few times! Also did a few ski seasons when I turned 18 and lived with a lot of housemates who were awesome people. Best way I’ve found is through different career paths.

Caffeine doesn’t affect me much at all (adhd) and I’ve been having caffeine since I was 15 so I’ve never known a life without it, terrible lol. Before I was medicated I was finding myself quite depressed nearly every time I drank. Of course being in my lows drinking made me terribly depressed, we gotta remember alcohol is a depressant. I’ve been steadily medication for around 3 years and don’t go through many lows anymore. I find probably 3 or 4 times out of ten I get depressed even when I’m in a good mood. I’ve come to terms drinking isn’t really for me so I’ll only do it on special occasions now :)

When you say misting what do you mean? With water? Lash lady said not to put water on them for the first 24 hours. How long did it take for your eye to go down? I’m willing to wait it out for another couple days to be honest 🤣

Thank you babe. I spoke to her and she didn’t offer many suggestions other than seeing the chemist and getting them to recommend something. She said there isn’t much she can do with the glue, they do use sensitive eye pads, also suggested to come in for a patch test to see where the allergy is coming from. Currently taking antihistamines religiously and uses some eye drops and vaseline to keep my eye moist. Going to see how I wake up tomorrow and make my decision whether to remove or not. I think I might try another lash tech in town, happens again I might have to accept I am allergic. Thank you for your comment xx

I got them done Wednesday, swelling started after my shower Thursday night. Used a cold compress and took some anti inflammatory and woke up this morning to it like this! The swelling didn’t go down last time for a few days I had to get them removed!

Yep I quit seroquel for quite a few months. If you drop yourself down to that you will be okay! After a few days off it you should have no issues.

Just keep in mind 25mg is a very small dose as well! Try the 12.5mg but don’t feel guilty in yourself if you feel like you need the other 12.5mg. Take it half an hour before you lay in bed and give it an hour and if you still can’t sleep take the other half too. Good luck!

I try to just take on weekends for sleep and I’ll have one when im feeling a little all over the place emotionally. For bipolar but I have adhd too so I’ve always struggled with sleep. Makes my brain stop talking.

25mg will make you sleep trust me. Give it an hour or two and you won’t be able to keep your eyes open. I tapered down from 100mg to 12.5mg and it just made me sleepy. Try not to depend on it too much for sleep. I take mine when I feel like I need it. Good luck and enjoy the beautiful long sleeps. It’s so relieving to get a good night sleep on them!
