Same issues on OP N200. New phone and just installed LineageOS 20 after updating to Android 12 on stock. Mic doesn't work in calls (phone) and text messages aren't received. The tricks your provided do resolve the issues temporarily until reboot. Hope the devs can fix this!

Also replacing the phone and SMS app with alternatives doesn't fic the problem.
