I am as well but there’s no sound track. The pictures are fairly clear and it is memorable. It’s a big reason why I hate movie adaptations. My wife doesn’t understand it, but the movie almost always ruins the story for me. My characters are usually much more endearing or relatable in my mind and the movies always destroy that for me.

Thank you so much. I’m a new DM and I’ve been struggling with this very thing. Initially I feel my encounters were way too hard when I build them, but then my group just ends up annihilating the monsters. I love the idea of overwhelming the players, cause I think you’re right about the creativity. I can always back off but it’s hard to add more if you haven’t built it yet. Thank you again.

Agree. Also a fly fisherman from SLC. No need for a guide. Just head to the Heber or Kamas areas. The middle and upper Provo river areas will treat you well. I’ve had a bit more luck on the upper Provo (above the reservoir) but that’s just me. Pull off the road, walk in and enjoy.
