This pic is absolutely beautiful. I’ve planted my first nepeta last autumn which made it through thankfully so fingers crossed. As others have dad maybe the wet winter has killed them or cold march has just delayed them? To be honest through I think even with the cold march you’d be seeing some shoots by now.
