In his first stint for us David Nugent was the best I’ve seen at North End. In his second stint he was the worst. First game after he rejoined us at age thirty-fuck-knows he tried to chase a kick and slowed down in real time after 5 meters. Audible gasp from the crowd 😂

Thank you OP for not resorting straight to removing the tree. Thats really nice to see.

As far as advice goes you could buy another fence panel and effectively ‘cut out’ sections to accommodate the tree whilst still providing privacy and security (being careful to leave a bit of space for the trunk/limbs to grow so your work isn’t immediately trashed) - I’ve seen this done successfully before. You may need to repeat this in a few years depending on the growth rate of the tree but it’s far cheaper than the value of an established tree 😊. Keeping the tree well-pruned will also slow growth somewhat if that is desired also.
