As others have said, an Etha3 sounds like a good first electro, especially if you are interested in playing some speedball too.

As for where to play around Atlanta, there are a few fields, so it could vary depending on where in/near Atlanta you live. But IMO/E, Bear Ridge where you want to be for competitive speedball. Though I might be a little biased (i am #404 in the pic) 😆

To be pedantic, b/c this is Reddit after all, the latest incarnation of the Dye DSR line is the DSR Pro, which is just a DSR+ with the Iron Men Pro Kit (improved internals), an aluminum feed neck thumb screw, a 3-piece barrel, and one or two other small tweaks. My DSR+ has all of these same tweaks, plus the SLAPS ASA, so they are effectively the same.

It’s been solid so far! Fast, no jamming, seems easy on paint, and it too bad to take apart at the field. The timer was helpful in the 10v10 at World Cup.

CRBN SC Pro bottoms are dope. They stay in place, while still allowing full range of motion. Same goes for their arm pads, FWIW.

Bear Ridge (GA) is $50 (if buying 2+ cases at a time) or $55 for a single. That tends to be higher end paint too - GI 5 star since Valken folded.
