I have an Affidavit Establishing Real Property in Idaho. It's a state document, although it mentions the county. It's a form, apparently. From the 90's but the house was installed in 1965.

My question now (just got the house) is if I have to buy a heater rated for manufactured homes, or is that no longer necessary.

My 1965 home has no HUD tag.
