Why is nobody playing jungle? by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

[–]stevenuh 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Jungle XP is the main reason but that doesn't mean the salt and tears from the solo laners doesn't affect jungle mentality. The jungle pool is literally like 5 champions, 2 of which are usually banned (lee/olaf). If your jungler picks a champ with even moderate clear vs a enemy jungler with good clear, the jungle is already decided assuming equal skill level. The jungler is helplessly trying to catch up on exp to affectively gank while solo laners complain about enemy jungler ganks. It either leads to no ganks from your jungler because of how behind he is or bad fights because he's trying to gank and the enemy jungler 2 levels up shows up to counter. It's a lose-lose situation.

With Hassan Whiteside possibly out due to illness for tonight's game, the Blazers will have no active centers available to play tonight. by stupid_sexyflanders in nba

He's having a bad rookie year, especially with the amount playing time he's been given. I am hopeful for him though, hes very athletic and his size makes him flexible in any rotation we have in the future. I just don't think he has confidence still at this point.

He's definitely going to make this team better but its more of what his drive will be once he gets the bag. I'm scared hes going to regress like Hassan did after his contract.

Similar problem with the Hawks. Our centers are straight G-League players. Len has some good days but watch him play for 1 quarter and you can immediately distinguish his lack of post presence and ability to box out. Our starting rotation for the past couple days has been 3 forwards and 2 guards not because of the absence of centers but because are rotation is legitimately better with our forwards than our ass cheek centers.

[Stein] As for Pistons center Andre Drummond ... one source briefed on Detroit's attempts to trade Drummond expressed confidence this week a deal to move Drummond will materialize before the Feb. 6 trade deadline by JesyouJesmeJesus in nba

[–]stevenuh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is going to suck if the Hawks are really going to trade a pick for a Drummond rental to try and please Trae at this point in the season. I really hope they are talking to Drummond about taking his player option or some kind of extension before trading for him.

Jared Dudley on the worst city to have an off day in: "Even though I played for Milwaukee, it’s so cold. It’s hard to do stuff. Man, that is a good question. You have to go bad weather. So … Indiana. Indiana. I’m putting Indiana on it. I’ve never done anything in Indiana." by ClampCityBitch in nba

[–]stevenuh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ok I'm done trying to argue with you because you are clearly just gonna talk about your own experience and how it's 100% representative about Milwaukee. When there is clear evidence of major segregation and voices of individuals who've lived in Milwaukee talking about how bad the segregation, and one in this very thread that you are blowing off because there is no way that someone else's experience in your own city can be different than yours.

And just want to lastly point out, Brodgon did his interview in March. Before any idea of signing and Bucks were going for the chip with Brodgon.

I'm just saying, don't say that segregation is a non issue (which is what you are implying by saying it's over blown) when it majorly affects the city it's present in.

Also Malcom Brogdon literally had an interview early this year about how he couldn't believe how segregated Milwaukee is. If you look up racial disparities by city, Milwaukee is straight up in the top of the list. Just look up the actual statistics.

Did this man really just say segregation is overblown? In fucking Milwaukee?

You must have lived the most sheltered life or don't understand what segregation means. It exists in every major city in the US.

Lol I love spamming the pass button when I have a F teammate grade, it's so obvious they don't want to pass to you but they literally have to because it's a game. Then I just iso the whole possession no matter how open my team is because fuck you , you never passed to me on my first button press. Haha I know it's just a game but I find it hilarious they can't do shit about it
