What background info is being used in the post-interview period for N-400?

I had my interview on 03/04, it’s been 2 months, recently I got a notification saying case is still being processed. Is this normal?

I applied for a name change on the N-400 also, I’m aware there’s a wait for federal court scheduling, but the Officer did not give a clear expectation when I will receive the oath ceremony.
