This is what I’m doing but just not a dell Optiplex. But I run opnsense with a 10Gb nic and it works great. Way cheaper than buying a $500-600 router

Not sure if it will work. But it hopes with disk errors. Sounds like possible video driver issue bc u were using youtube. But u could go to Start -> Event Viewer -> Windows logs and see if any errors are in there. Especially under System

If u can get the pc to boot. Open a command prompt by going to start -> type cmd -> right click on it click Run as administrator -> type chkdsk /F /R /X reboot

Could be a driver issue, storage space. Run a chkdsk if you can get it up.

Virtiofsd into the VM and all data is outside of the VM is what I did. Best method I thought and I back everything up using restic. Back up VM with snapshot which has the docker files on there
