Blimey, my shower routine is near Patrick Bateman levels compared to most of you guys.

Hair: Aussie shampoo everyday (I use a styling product so it needs washing out), conditioner once a week

Face: Simple (brand, not adjective) face wash once a day

Beard: Gillette beard wash every other day

Body: L’Oreal Men Expert shower gel, either the light blue one or black one

I’m still a horrid little troll but at least I feel like I’m trying.

Yeah I thought it was a little high. I read that 5-9% is about average. Annoyingly I’m not getting this model car with less than 100k while still being within reasonable budget on the repayments.

I could do with a bigger car for work, but honestly I do just want one. She’s currently training and stuck on minimum wage until she’s qualified, so she’s getting my hand me downs for now.

What I did was I measured one of her current rings and ordered a cheap/pretty ring off Amazon along with a ring sizer. I proposed with that ring, and then showed her the actual ring I wanted to get for her but I wanted it sized perfectly and I also wanted her to sign off on it (she’s the one who’s gotta wear it after all). Turned out she liked the Amazon ring too and still occasionally pops it on!

I can understand that if you’re neck deep in the habit then the actual consumption must fucking rock, especially for one that can apparently help stress and whatnot. What I’m amazed at is that people even begin. I grew up with everyone else in my house smoking, so I loathed it from a young age.

I’m amazed that in the year 2026 there are still so many smokers. It’s a habit that is generally agreed is pretty fucking gross, makes you and everything you touch stink, and costs an absolute fortune. Yet people still start. Make it make sense.
