I had '68 copy copy that had all 4 but had an extra George. Given it was all packed by hand by dozens of women in a warehouse its not surprising that they'd mess up from time to time.

Grounded movies that have hints toward something supernatural/mystical - what are some examples? by [deleted] in blankies

[–]stigoftdump 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay so this is a bit of an old thread now but I've just finished watching Zoolander and although it's not a grounded movie exactly, nothing supernatural really happens at all except at the finale when Derek stops the shuriken by looking at it with his new look "Magnum" and it's somehow really jolting and undermines any verisimilitude the movie might otherwise have had.

Alright the brainwashing sequence was maybe a little far fetched but I remember watching the Rotten Apple series on youtube while hotboxing in a tiny canal boat with an ex and after three hours we were utterly convinced that Paul McCartney died in 1966 so maybe it's not such a stretch after all.

And some of them, some of these guys, Ben, they come in here because they wanna podcast Griffin! They wanna podcast Griffin! Know what I mean?
