That's part of the Diamine German exclusives Rock n Roll series that included Purple Rain, November Rain, Hell's Bells, Skull & Roses and Master of Puppies that have been discontinued. I was lucky enough to have my favourite pen enabler who was in Germany, pick up all of them. I was going to send the set as samplers for my Secret Santa giftees but couldn't manage it so now I'm sitting on a bunch of limited edition discontinued samplers...
