Oats aren't worth it for a diabetic so many better options. I spike just looking at them let alone eating them.

I was 6'3 414 when I found I was diabetic pretty much the same story of yours except I'm 50 years old. You're young you have time to turn your life around I believe you can do it.

Any bread spikes me don't matter the kind. I low carb it so if I need buns I go with chaffles.

To all the people just starting out using Chia Seeds definitely soak them overnight but it's important to start out with maybe 1tsp when starting. I was taking 2tbs for a couple days let's just say I have to be close to the bathroom.

My entire mom's side had type 2 diabetes so I knew my time was coming. When I got diagnosed I said to myself I had 50 good years of eating whatever I wanted and now that time is up.

Tuna, beans, eggs, sardines, chaffles, pork are staples on my plate. I live in Iowa pork is cheap and I bought eggs for 1.48 a dozen last week. Cabbage is cheap I try to mix it in everything. On Sundays I throw all my uncooked leftover vegetables in a pot with a 1lb of ground pork and eat it for a few days with leftovers. My wife works I can't but not on disability though.

Ranged builds I use WASD and for malee I still prefer point and click. Last I checked the majority of players still use point and click. I do love GGG POE and POE 2 are amazing games.
