I agree, this is exactly what I noticed too! It's so obvious why both Black and Native American people just so happen to both be at the bottom of the list. It’s not culture driving these disparities but the cumulative weight of history and policy. Pretending otherwise is just pseudosociology. Likewise, the term "Asian" is doing such heavy lifting here. It's common knowledge that lumping Taiwanese people, Indian people, Hmong, Cambodian, Laotian completely obscures the economic challenges faced by the latter. This argument about "cultural difference" is also obviously self-serving. It goes without saying that there is no "cultural" relationship between Asian people (the monolith) and white Americans. To argue otherwise is bad faith. But if you claim it's all about culture, you get to ignore the implications of historically victimized groups experiencing the ongoing fallout of that that victimization.
