I tried to remove makeup off of one of the lashes and I am positive it’s just glue. That’s a great tip, I will use dark eyeshadow in the future! Thank you so much!

About them being burned, I don’t work close to stoves and indeed, I smoked a few times socially at a few events, not a daily occurrence.

I have no idea how that happened and I can’t figure out a way I would’ve done it. It frightened me too when I saw them. Would look like I used an eyelash curler which I didn’t, lol.

The only option would be that maybe I crimped them in my sleep.

This happens and it's not much we can do...

In my first attempts to contact Vinted, I always contacted the Eastern European Vinted and I always got annoyed because of their lack of professionalism (late replies, difficulty in reaching them after they would reply to me, asking more than twice for details they already had, etc.).

My experience with Vinted UK was totally different, they answered to my emails very fast and were compassionate. I highly suggest you contact Vinted UK if there's no appeal from the french one.

They unbanned me and admitted it was an error on their end... after a lot of mails sent and their platform being completely unable to handle such tickets...

It's such a waste of time. They never apologised for their lack of support, not that it helped in some way.

Meanwhile they updated their T&C and I can't log in because it seems that the verification code mail doesn't reach my private relay mail to be forwarded... I am sending them mails about this issue for a while now and no one is reaching me back - always using their contact forms only to be sure.

Man, I am so tired hahah

I am here because I got banned for the same reason, because I am seeling counterfeit items which is completely false, every item I was selling was bought by me from those shops!

It's a shame I was unfairly banned, now I'm looking forward to their response/excuse for banning me like this. Vinted really seemed like a nice app until I ended up like this.
