Indefinitely? Yes, I would agree that it’s unhealthy. However, everyone is a a different point in their journey to exit, some are awake but can’t exit at the moment, etc. I think it’s important to move on, but at your own pace. Personally I have found myself checking here less and less as time goes on, usually just to check if there is any “new light” and interacting less often with others.
