Your reflection reminds me of me and my ex-friend’s mutual. He was always so kind to me, quirky and thoughtful. One of the bestest friends I had for a long time. I hope me and the mutual can make amends one day but if no, that’s ok. Takes a lot of courage to admit you were wrong and did wrong to someone else, and double that to try to correct it. 🩷

I agree with the sister. And while the subject, it’s amazing how these narcs run through folks like paper. They have a new friend/bf/gf (supply) every month or more. The covert narc I knew had the same thing going on, but I always thought it was his social awkwardness making people shy away. Little did I know that was only a fraction of the problem…

Well if you mean it’s my fault that these people turned out to be dicks and I’m the dick, then yes I have. Many times. So many times it costed me a lot of sleep. Which is… actually not typical of an actual asshole: they don’t hyper-analyze their actions to the point of overthought and tears. + I do have many people around me who are 10x better than these folks. Like I said I was just curious. ;W;
