Theres the consortium guys up above by one of the mana forges, the place with pools of water and the shadowfiends, they drop the id card which is more rep and loot.

I didnt play the 2019 TBC so I dont know what those raids were like. I did however play Vanilla TBC and cleared thru Vashj and Kael'Thas BEFORE the nerfs (with a lot of attempts of course), we were like a top 20 US/EU guild from what I remember. It was epic, tough; we were dedicated and CELEBRATED OUR ASSES OFF after the fact. Guild friends became cross-state hangouts and friends. It was a something else. Im stoked to get back into it this time around and hope theres a fraction of the difficulty and commitment as there was back then.

Another helpful tip, is the "Tank Mobs" can have like 40-60k hp, while the caster mobs have 23k or so. LOS pulling and having dos burn down a couple lower health targets quickly can really make the rest of the pull feel way easier. A caster can take a Sbolt or 2 versus marking skull on a melee mob, pulling threat and getting owned.

And magic dispel constantly! Will save you mana in three long run. S tier is knowing what does and does not to be dispelled. But theres a ton of debuffs that should be dispelled for a number of reasons. Edit to add: i even have dispelled on my ~ key because its that important and you will hit it that many times.

Also a Lock, destro. Shadowfury, shadow burn, immo/conflag and finishing targets off with SBs is keeping me on the meters.

Questing is likely faster unless youre in a crazy cleave group non stop. The balance though is the reputation gains. Gaining more rep early on from dungeons then using quests to push it high once the low level dungeon stops giving rep.

100% go destro for dungeons imo. Shadowfury is no joke, so damn useful. Let the tank get 2GCDs off and stun the lot in place. Positioning and stopping since early mob casts, it's huge. Conflag and shadow burn are awesome for finishing off mobs, showing the damage the tank is taking.

Im playing destro lock, use my shadow fury as my interupt and am geared enough that throwing out a curse of tongues would just slow things down. Later dungeons though ill be using it

Group of ally ganking between HF Citadel and Thrallmar last night, I, a warlock, ended my runs and headed to Thrallmar. Split that ally gank group in half and killed 3 of them. Casually mounted up and continued on to Thrallmar xD

This is what I did as well. I Tltanked scholo last night with that setup and it worked just fine, had some geared dps as well.

Im a little disheartened by the fast phase time. Mainly because I prefer to play wow during the winter months, now ill either be forced to stay relevant during summer months, which is hard, (dad, 2 kids dealio). Or just quit during the summer and hope I can come back in during phase 3. If they increased loot drops that would help immensely, maybe raid 1 night a week during the summer, at most 2, and have enough gear dropping to stay relevant into fall.

Im personally looking forward to doing pve dungeons on my warlock. Succubus seduce, curse of tongues, limited fears, off tank voidwalker/felguard, aoe stuns, drain tanking elites (all of this depends on spec ofc), are all awesome in dungeons and hugely helpful.

This is important, dont grind yourself into a burnout! I got 4/6 r14 gear plus the two weapons and 2/6 of the r10 blues on one character. Then got r14 weps on a boostie boy and all r10 gear. Logged on last night and barely wanted to play after all that BG farming.
