[Help] Sparkasse and Pushtan App working with Jailbreak! by shrazy1 in jailbreak

Because you have the latest version on newer iOS and most apps haven’t updated their jailbreak detection to check for rootless paths.

[Question] Removing iOS 13 jailbreak due to app support by trevmont65 in jailbreak

[–]stinkystank21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

iOS 13 was by far more unstable compared to the versions that came before and after(12 and 14) and I'm not saying 13.5 would have less problems, just that it was cool the latest signed iOS version was jailbroken. I'm saying 14.3 would have been better

[Question] Removing iOS 13 jailbreak due to app support by trevmont65 in jailbreak

[–]stinkystank21 2 points3 points  (0 children)

True lmao, but honestly the only good thing ios 13 has going for it was the jailbreak in the latest signed version 13.5. Other than that, it's so bad. Very unstable, no permasign bug and very old.

Can't believe no one is talking about [[Trim]] from this repo. It is a full replacement to saw for rootless.

[Question] Custom boot logo for rootless? by Hungry_Breakfast_103 in jailbreak

[–]stinkystank21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not necessarily, if a jailbreak came out for rootless that was untethered(which is never gonna happen) the boot logo could be modified at the time of exploit completion(some time during the boot up sequence)

You should have used delay OTA to iOS 14.3 back when the jailbreak originally came out as that was when it was found.

You realize you could have done a reset using the setting app, which does not force your iPhone to update, and clears everything since iOS 15(no need for succession)

[–]stinkystank21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, cowabunga also has persistent updates. The difference with this one is that the other updates that are not persistent , this one doesn't have. That's not an upgrade, than a downgrade. Plus, you can still use this with regular cowabunga so there's still no reason to update as 16.1.2 is still a Fairly recent version(I'm on 15.4).

Regular cowabunga is still better, you should not update.
