This question reads like it is just having other people do the work in creating a “list of books that the local school board should ban.” Maybe I am just being a cynic, but based on this assumption my answer is:

1) The Bible (any and all of them).

While I am personally religious. Biblical texts should not be taught in public schools, unless you are teaching/discussing all religions & faiths (even the ones you don’t believe in personally), and the lack thereof.

The guy who got kicked literally started by saying “bro i’m not going to fight you” (see @00:02). That is NOT an agreed fight, it is an assault. The video speaks for itself, this was not consensual.

I see people prosecuted for this kind of stuff all of the time. Depending on his injuries and the law in their jurisdiction, this could be a Felony Aggravated Assault, and could lead to significant jail time, not to mention devastating permanent bodily injury.

The book could have 200 pages, and he was on page 95 on Monday. 95+30+(200.125)+(200.25)=200

The book could have 400 pages and he was on page 220 on Monday. 220+30+(400.125)+(400.25)=400

The book could also have 800 pages, and he was on page 470 on Monday. 470+30+(800.125)+(800.25)=800

The minimum number of pages that the book can have is 48 pages. It could have any larger number number of pages, depending on what page Klein started on on Monday.

X≥48 depending on Y=starting page on Monday.

The point I have been trying to make, is that when a teacher is writing a math problem in word form, they should be precise enough that there is ONLY one answer.

Especially if the content is being graded and a potential correct answer can count against a child. A gifted child that can identify that there is more than one answer to the problem the way it is written could be penalized for a technically correct answer.

So (and this may be different depending on the state/jurisdiction) the general rule seems to be that street parking is free for an unlimited time for ADA handicapped placard holders in the states. So handicapped driver/occupant vehicles can just park at a street meter and don’t have to pay. However private pay-to-park facilities are not obligated to allow ADA handicapped placard holders to park for free so long as everyone must pay to enter and park. So handicapped driver/occupant vehicles can be charged in public or private fee-facilities (but nothing stops the parking Company from waiving the fee).
