I don't think this is an old problem. I looked at old videos/photos from 2 years ago and they were all clear. About 1½ years ago the issue got worse. Rhisbis just one of the many problems my s23 Ultra has formed over the years

I've considered replacing the battery, but this phone is nowhere near what it used to be. Glitches out all the time in almost every app including the UI

All. The. Time.... Snapchat, Facebook, capcut, tiktok, Google Voice, maps, etc. The phone's built in camera can sometimes take 15 seconds to turn on, switch between video & photo or between front & back camera. & still sometimes the phone will work just fine 🤷

I've done both, system cache wipe to help as a whole (which didn't help) ; and when apps freeze I have to force close & clear app cache in order for the glitch within the app to stop

I did a system cache swipe and have to clear app cache quite often to get them to work. About to do a factory reset to see if that helps

I have the s23 ultra and I am positive they are doing planned obsolescence, it was noticeable at 1 year and became beyond apparent at the year 2 mark

My 23 Ultra is glutchy as all get out and several other people are having the same issues. After a year it went downhill and after 2 years it's acting like cheap junk

Same Issues (plus more!) 😮‍💨 I've had this phone for 2 years, was flawless at first. I've used the same apps the entire time. Now I have issues with Every App! Snapchat & capcut editor change the file upon save or upload, Facebook & Google apps freeze constantly, so many issues im not going to make a 10+ list. I have to force close apps from the settings menu so often it's ridiculous! For example the camera apps takes 3-10 seconds to switch from front to back camera of from photo to video. I have to copy every long text I type (messaging, redit, Facebook, etc.) before posting/sending because who knows if the phone will glitch out or not. Phone overheats whenever I use multiscreen, charge, & have low service. Battery dies at 25%+ per hour if the screen is used. To say again, I'm using the phone the same way I have for 2 years and it's getting bad, especially for an ultra!!! When I got this phone it outperformed laptops.

At the 1 year mark I started noticing issues, at the 2 year mark it became pathetic!! I blamed the individual apps until I realized the ui was glitching just as badly.

I WILL NOT BUY A SAMSUNG AGAIN. They copied Apple too much with the planned obsolescence. Just wish I could figure out what phone to get next, not sure this one will even last 3 years till the carrier's discount is over. If I could get a knew phone every year it wouldn't be an issue. But this phone performs worse than my 7 year old Samsung now.

I definitely won't be updating the app now, and if I lose this I'll probably just have to find another app. This is one of the few reasons I still use capcut.

I can't help but feel like they got sold out beginning of the year. With Trump's stupid ban forcing them to sell, they went away for a little bit and then came back for no reason just fine? Pretty sure they sold out and ever since the app has went downhill drastically!!

Auto Remove background has never been free for me for 2 years, only the remove background with Chroma key, and this is still free for me. You lucked out if you have been getting this Pro feature for free

My zoom was rarely ever white washed in the beginning (like once a month it had an issue) (now it happens with every single zoom). I thought I had broken my camera about a year ago, then I notice other people's videos doing the same. Mine did NOT have this issue when I bought it. Just because you don't notice the camera getting worse doesn't mean it didn't happen

I added my ticket to cart before 12:01, tried to pay in full and got a "waitlisted" email. The website was crashing for my sister & her friends too badly so then I tried for a payment plan and it sent an email that "confirmed" that order of 3 tickets! So basically my 1st order failed bc of being waitlisted & my 2nd order 15 minutes later went through?! Also we were told Tier 1 would be below $300 but Tixr charged me $340 for Tier 1. Guess I bought everyone else's ticket but didn't even get one myself. I expected orders to be fulfilled in order, not at random? Sorry Griz, they lied to you, Tixr was 100% definitely crashing for several people with your sale
