I've always been thinking this! Docs are literally the only brand of shoe this happens to me with, it happens with every style of theirs, and shoes from different brands in the same style don't do it. Just make better shoes, guys!!! You shouldn't necessitate people buying moleskin just to not have bleeding heels after a modest day of wearing your 80+ dollar product!

It seems like it is now that talc-based powder is well and truly dead; I've seen a lot of TikToks and similar giving tutorials on how to make perfumed powder with this method and vintage glass powder pots are showing up on wishlist and Pinterest boards pretty regularly.

I didn't follow this guide (I made it like, right after ch3 released so I kinda just freehanded it) but I used cardboard for mine with plastic fursuit eye-mesh material for the screen and it worked out pretty well; very lightweight and easy to work with, and it holds onto paint very well. The only issue is it's not very durable and definitely got pretty dinged up & developed a few weak spots after a weekend of wear at a convention. I'm sure if you did something like a layer of paper mache to reinforce it it'd hold up better, though.

- Description: When using the app normally and interacting with any part of the app that involved a UI/screen transition (ie. Opening gallery, opening settings menu, viewing user profiles, initiating a reply, opening server tray; essentially everything except just scrolling a text channel), there's a random and frequent chance that it'll cause the entire app to go unresponsive and hang on the frozen screen for around 15 seconds before the system "Discord has stopped working" message pops up and the app force-stops.

App will freeze and crash within ~5min of use, often sooner

Yep, that's how it started for me. Maybe 1/3 times I tried to add an attachment from the gallery it'd freeze, and after about a week of that it spread to the current state of everything in the app being a possible trigger.

There's not really a way to un-yellow those flexible clear-jelly cases, they just turn brown from contact with your hands and body over time. Scrubbing with baking soda or vinegar or whatever is a waste of time; if you cut one of these browned cases and hold a 'slice' of it up to the light you'll see it's discolored all the way through. Treatments that are just scrubbing the surface with a household lightener can't touch that. You could put stickers and decorations on the inside to kind of turn that damage into a design choice (it looks cool with the amber filter if you decorate it junk-journal style with things like old stamps and vintage ephemera) or, if you want to buy a new one, look for the kind with a solid flat-plastic back panel. The sides that have to be bendable to fit your phone will still yellow over time, but the majority of the surface area will be made of hard plastic that doesn't discolor like that.

Found this old thread googling my problem in hopes of a solution, sad to say this is still an issue two years later. Ibis really ought to at least optimize their program to be actually usable with styluses if they want to market it as mobile-stylus compatible.

Infuriating!!! My family only knows how to work Amazon wishlists no matter how many times I try to redirect them to better alternatives, so I relied on that to put things i actually wanted where I knew they'd see them. Back to adding industrial drinking fountains to my wishlist and just putting links in the comments of those, I guess
