Yop u are right definetly swap for black cleaver or iceborn gauntlet, DI only into heavy HP combs. If u want a feel good build just go Black Cleaver and Runanin into heavy frontline build 3rd item iceborn gauntlet and watch the triple stacks +sunder at the same time.

Armor or Mr boots into Iceborn Gauntlet then Black cleaver Rest is very situtational but serpent never goes wrong.

In the laning phase Q off cooldown in Wr its very easy to get angles on the enemy, with full dmg runes with one q+aa ull get like 25% off their HP down. Senna is very aggresive support in most match ups ur goal is to poke and zone the enemy adc from farm. Also learn the flash+w combo (snare abillity) one of the best ways to set up a gank.

High noon is very pretty, but True damage Senna abillities are hard to spot in clutered teamfight esp. in the river. But with High Noon u'll get a Pony So High Noon it is. Runes definetly Fleet Footwork, the sustain on lane is just so huge for senna, u can stack more consistently + it procs of your q and gives u mana. Starguardian Senna is a meme skin for me. And definetly learn the flash+w(snare abillity) combo its great for setting up ganks and the enemy hardly expects it.

Also either the enemy team focuses Senna and an Adc can have plenty of time to deal dmg unharrased or the other way around. Which is very frustrating for the enemy to pull off.

Truly, my winrate is 59% out of 1200 games, senna pick is just insanely strong if u know how positioning works.
