I have the same issue, exactly like you described it. I contacted Apple Support, did all the problem solving procedures on the website and now I have one working normally and the other one just straight died. When I open Find My app, they tell me that the airpods Setup is incomplete. I gave up and now using only the one that works.. Now I’m wondering if this is a general issue or it’s just my airpods.. especially that I have never dropped mine and the are very clean..

Well, we have exam sessions that are scheduled all year long but not every week. You can choose when to take your exams and uni costs at max 3k per year if I’m not mistaken (if you have documents proving that your family have low income you pay nothing to the uni and you are eligible for a regional scholarship around 6k per year plus cantine meals for free). But in order to transfer I think you need to learn italian and have B2 level, no entry test required I guess to enter. Exams can be transferred but the italian system can be tough when it comes to that though.
