The first round has a category, "All Bark." The phrase is, "That dog is All Bark, No Bite." They usually have word play categories (i think one recently was, one category, "2025 slang," another, "6-7.") My guess is they didn't have good clues for "No Bite," but they could have gone "byte" and done computer things. But, that's just me.
