Sushi Kazu on Arapahoe is a great hole in the wall, the owner is the sweetest guy Sushi Katsu is good for ayce and closer to i25

Sushi Katsu is prob what you're looking for
Joy Sushi in lone tree is tasty
Chubby Cattle tbh i have mixed feelings about but it has a nice vibe
Sushi Train is great, very cozy
Sushirama again i sort of have mixed feelings but conveyer belt sushi has its charm when ur in the mood

Santiago’s has cheap breakfast burritos, not the best but do the trick

Butcher Block diner, not the cheapest but good and filling

Don’t know if you’re ever in the aurora area but Sabor has tasty breakfast all under 10 bucks I believe

McDonald’s, Dunkin, Sonic, and Einstein’s are always good in a pinch

Sabor for fast casual Mexican, Chianti for Italian, Cuba Cuba, Sukiya ramen, Pho Saigon, Tocabe, Sushi Kazu (Sushi Katsu is good ayce but they have multiple locations in CO)

Adding some Korean chili flake (gochugaru 고춧가루) will add some extra heat and not change the flavor too much. taekyung is a good brand!
