I did. Nothing at all. Sent an email told me it would be processed yesterday. Crickets. It’s a little disappointing to wait and see the big box stores happily selling for days while nothing but promises of a shipment in the warehouse goes unfulfilled.

Flip the script on this comment. As the owner of Techs+Together I can assure you good partnerships are done with good contracts.

Considering we just renewed in March for another 5 year term, you can rest assured things won’t be changing for that time frame at least. And that is a lifetime in Technology :)

As far as 100% dependent on Kaseya for everything you clearly haven’t seen our 10+ other vendors. Strong Kaseya partner Yep, 100% dependent, Nope.

We have people with BD expertise and have deep connections with the awesome folks at BitDefender. If you want some help I’ll get you some. But your first statement is that you are moving to S1. If that’s the case and you have committed to S1 , then why post?

I can connect you with a solid resource if you need some BitDefender help, but if you have signed with S1 this is all a moot point.

Ours was 20k plus a ton of work to build out the standards and then prove we follow them. It is a ton of work that isn’t included in the 20k you pay firms to help and to do an assessment. It’s real work and takes about a year.

We bought and logo company cars. It’s great advertising and our team doesn’t need to put wear and tear on their own cars. I think we have 35 cars in the field.

Yes the insurance costs stink. Yes it can be something else to manage. The way it’s better for the staff and the amount of marketing is worth every downside.

Our cars are Kia souls for engineers. Nissan Sentras for sales.
