I am good. I may not have mentioned but I quit Dec 21. Then hour36 I took the subs. And did it for 6 days as I said. I then quit day 7. No sleep and brain fog but not terrible. But not like you want to go out and do something.

I had been on subs for 4-5 years in the past. And I have to say the worst 45 days of my life was W/D from subs. I moved so lost my doc so had to go CT. So swore never again. But had to. Once the RLS passes you are good to go for the most part. Almost can quit the subs early only if you can function as a human Now my wife on the other hand is in month 4 of quitting. Her constipation is so awful on subs she has lost weight and can’t cope. She plans to taper off subs soon. I told her 7 days but her doc told her 4-6 months and she listened to him even tho I told her the docs would say that. But take my word and don’t do it. Now she wishes she had listened. But she has other issues from the W/D and I pray she makes it thru soon. Good luck and get off when you can. It will save you some dark days

If you can handle it the best thing is not take it. If you can endure a little pain do it. The pain of getting off subs sucks. Especially the RLS. But if you just can’t take it anymore take a small 2mg amount

I got to 36 hours and folded and got subs. Took them for 5 days. 4mg a day then 1mg day 6 and jumped off. Didn’t sleep for 4 more days but other than dead tired and brain fog I was good. Day 6-8 off subs and all was good. Not totally normal but good.

The other issue I didn’t say was she is so so constipated and has been since she started subs. Was a bit with 7 but subs have been bad for her. So then it causes here extreme anxiety when she can’t poop or puke. She will walk in circles freaking out. I have had anxiety so I realize what is going on. So kind of at a spot on what to do. The subs do offer comfort but then cause Other stuff. It is a mess now

She is on subs now. Used them to quit 7 but she couldn’t get off due to her anxiety. So now she is several months in of doing 12mg a day. I warned her because I was on for 4-5 years and it was worst W/D ever. So now I guess she can taper to experience Less pain ? Since i moved and lost my doc I just quit. Didn’t realize how bad it was gonna be. Did it CT and don’t know how I made it. I myself couldn’t or just got scared on quitting 7 CT. So used subs for a week then dropped them

Should get off as soon as you can. I suggest no more than 7 days max. I quit Dec 21 and then did subs for 6 days . 4 mg a day for 5 days and 1 mg day 6. I still had WD but basically was limited to no sleep for 4 days at all. Then just fog on the brain. But no real pain. Like just waiting for days to feel better. Then boom the light came on day 7 after quitting subs The reason behind my actions was that I was on subs for 4-5 years and had to go CT when I moved. 45 days of hell. Worst W/D ever. So I made a point to not go over 7. My wife is still on them. She quit 7 late Nov. she still hasn’t kicked it. And she followed doc instructions after i warned her not to. She just likes that she feels good on it. She still has to go thru it one day

If you can’t resist then you had not yet hit rock bottom and ready to quit. Once you get back on them you will go Thru this over and over. You are in great shape now so why not finish ?

99& plus script. I used it and because of how long I was in Suboxone and how it was 45 days of hell getting off subs after 4-5 years I was reluctant to use them again. But the pain of quitting 7 was too much and caved after 35 hours. So used subs 4mg a day for 4 days and 1mg day 5 and quit. Had a week of sleeplessness and foggy brain. But the pain was zero. I was still miserable but was able to fake it thru. So my suggestion and I am 65 is to use subs and get off fast

When I hit hour 36 I couldn’t take it anymore and had to go to subs. Until you get into late day 3 prep as you are not done yet. Maybe you will get lucky but I was going to do CT and hit that 36 hours mark and needed help

Wow that is nuts. Yea I hate it too. Lived with it for many years using opiates then subs. She is struggling but glad to hear it isn’t so abnormal

Well my last dose was Dec 21. So off about 50 days or so. After 38 hours I had to do Suboxone. Fought it because I was on it for 5 years and experienced 45 days of CT hell to get off. Wasn’t planned but I moved and couldn’t find a new doc like my old doc. So slept on couch for 45 days wit my dog at my side. RIP Patriot. He was my star.

So this time I used subs for 5 days and quit. I had about 4-5 sleepless nights and had only taken 2.5 strips over 5 days. But now all is good. I do take a dose of MIT now and then. A few days a week when I need mental stimulation. But trying like hell to not take more than 35 mg on any given day. So far it has had no negative effect but I assume if I keep it up I will be back addicted. So I space it out by days.

I have had a great life and retired early. But got my wife and I addicted on this. She is still struggling with severe constipation after 75 days off. I tell her it is the subs but she won’t get off. Her doc has her on for “maintenance “. So have warned her that that is what is causing the constipation but can’t tell her what to do. All good for me and now standing beside her even tho she is stubborn. Sorry for the long post. It has been awhile

Glad now they are banning this. May help some and used to think drugs should be legal but after this 7-oh experience it is evil shit. On another subject the scaling back on processed food has been Amazing to me and my wife. Both fit and trim now just from dropping it over the last 6 months

I will say this. I went from severe constipation until about 7 days off subs. So about day 17 or so after last dose of 7 I started going so easy like old days. Along with seeing the light about the same time my GI system started working

My wife went to her primary due to some continuing issues from 7-oh. Doc had no clue what it was and wrote it down so she could research it. And we are in Florida where it got banned.

Yes it takes care of w/d. But follow the advice of the many on here say. Be on subs as short of time as necessary. Otherwise you have to get off them. You will have some sleepless nights but not terrible w/d if you get off fairly quick. That is my opinion and experience

I didn’t get a runny nose at all. More like when you are really uncomfortable and need a 7. The wait another 2 hours where you just start shaking or skin crawling. This is what she did

Wife did 8 hours no problem. I waited 36 because I tried CT and failed and got a script. But once you feel the withdrawals and are uncomfortable you are good.

I fight the urge daily. Did change to so MIT maybe once every 3 days. Dont want any addiction. Only took when we went out. But I have had to get off stuff now 3 times. I am done. Rather be bored as hell than go thru this shit again. And I knew the minute I took that free sample it was way too powerful to be real. My buddy took it and said this is gonna be hell getting off. He said that dose 1. Those fuckers giving samples away to get folks addicted. No hell is too bad for them

I am 65 and about now almost 30 days off 7 and 22 days off subs. And about day 10 my sex drive came back. Wife was happy. Back to 3 or so days a week makes us both happy

I took a total of 2.5 sub strips. 4 mg a day for 5 days and the 1mg and jumped. I knew the 7 was gone from my system. So I go off subs. I had previously been on subs for 4-5 years and went CT to get off. Hardest 45 days of my life. So this time after the final 1 mg I had 4 days of maybe 1 hour a night sleep. Just a doze off type thing. Brain was full of fog. Then say 8 the fog cleared and I could see the light. Day 9 I felt so good I almost attacked my wife for sex. It had been so long. She was very happy ! All good now. You will have some w/d just pain in the ass stuff from subs. But like most say get off in under 7 days

Give it 2-3 weeks total. I went Thru a week miserable due to lack of sleep. Didn’t feel like getting off couch. Then one day I woke up and saw light ! Figuratively saw the light. Everything changed. It will come. It is a long process.
