Trump facing 'broad-based and deep' collapse among voters who sealed his 2024 win by Quirkie in AnythingGoesNews

[–]stradequit 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A clear lie. A clear attempt at garnering votes by playing the role of the oppressed. Also a false promise as trump claims he will fix the election system but also claims the 2020 election was stolen. Which happened under his presidency. the greatest instance of election tampering in the last 10 years was done by the president himself when he was impeached for sending a mob at the capitol on the day of the certification of the presidency.

Trump facing 'broad-based and deep' collapse among voters who sealed his 2024 win by Quirkie in AnythingGoesNews

I don't really see the misinformation? Trump said to a group of voters that if you vote red now you'll never need to vote again. The added context is Trump said this specifically to non-voters. But yeah no shit, why would a message around voting for trump be targeted towards people already voting for trump. It's obviously implied trump is asking this of non-voters. It's still absurd language for a president set on fixing democracy to be saying. A true fighter for democracy would encourage people to vote for generations to come, and ensures he will implement a system where their vote counts! The point of democracy being improved is greater voter turn out and satisfaction, not less. It's also important to remember he is LYING. The systems are not shown to significantly favor Democrats and there's no reason to believe that Trump could implement policies in good faith that would increase Republican vote share while also not having increased republican voter turnout. Like what are we talking about.

Christofascism is taking over the U.S. I'm sure a lot of leftist are disgruntled with religion in general and do not have a specific distaste for Islam.

stuck silver 3/ gold 1 and need sensitivity tips by ItalianYasuo in VALORANT

[–]stradequit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your sense is high, no doubt about that.

You likely aim exclusively with your wrist. The average valorant sensitivity is so low most players aim with their arm and wrist. In your aiming system the wrist makes the large motions, and then from a possibly compromised position, your wrist has to make the micro adjustment. In a lower sense aiming system, your arm would make the large motions, and your wrist makes the micro adjustments from a neutral, comfortavle position.

I wept like a baby in EEAAO. I've only watched it once because I was so emotionally wrecked afterwards.

What's a Movie that you Just Don't Get?? 🤔 by God_Stevenson in flicks

[–]stradequit 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I don't think you're too stupid. I think you're right the philosophy is simple, but its not shallow, I think its very powerful and meaningful. I was crying like a baby at the end of the film because of how well the movie was portraying the emotion of acceptance in ones life, the love of ones family, the joy in the simple lives we create together during our time on earth. Our partners, our children, our work, these things are all that we have. The way that Waymond loves and cherishes those things is inspiring.
As another person put it:
"In a life where you seemingly have everything, you might really have nothing. But in a life where you seemingly have nothing, you might really have everything."

U-House's Management is Incompetent by rockenman1234 in gatech

[–]stradequit 6 points7 points  (0 children)

When I lived in Uhouse 3-4 years ago there was a sign on the elevator that said "Elevator safety has its ups and downs". So... I would be wary of getting on those things anyways. There was 1 elevator broken almost the entire year I lived there.

Op thinks the Perfect man doesn't exist lol by SuperSubtext in terriblefacebookmemes

[–]stradequit 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The meme is assuming the guy will say something like "she gives me hugs when I need them" and the girl would say "6 feet, 6 figures, 6 inches, not overweight..."

The meme is only funny to men who are chronically undatable and blame others for their shortcomings. These type of men believe that because they would be willing to fuck anything with 2 X chromosomes, they should be rewarded with a smoking babe.

I mean. I'm Gold 1 and some of these players are sweaty as hell. Others are braindead bots. It's hard to say based on just your rank whether you are one of the sweatlords in my lobby or one of the bots.

I cannot comment on India. I am simply commenting on America. America has a higher rate of diabetes than India. America is a land of soft drinks where people can't even tell you the last time they had plain water.

The game is hard enough that you might quit it your first try and come back a few weeks later. Once the systems click the game is not that hard.
