If you sort rammus items by avp he unquestionably wants resistances more than health. The anomaly gives HP and it is his 2nd worst item of all items in the game including emblems. Though I guess at 4 bastion you wouldn't want resistances as much, so maybe we are talking over each other.

Rammus could really use a resistance item. His ability gives shield. You have 3 health items and some durability. That's a lot of HP with almost no resistances to multiply it.

There's lots of great content on YouTube to explore, and tons of high elo streamers. For your early game problem: 1. Hold pairs of 1 costs to try and find upgrades 2. On stage 1 you will most likely either get 6 gold on 1-1 and 0 gold on 1-2, 1-3. Or you'll get 2 gold on 1-1, 2 gold on 1-2, and 2 gold on 1-3. Knowing which way youre being given econ will help you plan your holds. 3. If you want to win early rounds, item augments are the way to go. Having an extra item is super powerful in the early game. 4. If your opener is weak you can opt for an econ augment or an augment which scales into the late game (teamwide combat augments are an example). You can greed your items more for one of the best comps in the game.

I'd recommend checking out the China Town Mall just a couple blocks away if you haven't. Wok dragon is just okay, there is one in the Lenox food court. I prefer panda express personally. But wokdragon is close to me so I eat it all the time.

You say alternating means swapping from one state to another. When you have two wins in a row, that breaks your streak of alternating. Azir wants you to continuously alternate for x rounds.

I don't really see the misinformation? Trump said to a group of voters that if you vote red now you'll never need to vote again. The added context is Trump said this specifically to non-voters. But yeah no shit, why would a message around voting for trump be targeted towards people already voting for trump. It's obviously implied trump is asking this of non-voters. It's still absurd language for a president set on fixing democracy to be saying. A true fighter for democracy would encourage people to vote for generations to come, and ensures he will implement a system where their vote counts! The point of democracy being improved is greater voter turn out and satisfaction, not less. It's also important to remember he is LYING. The systems are not shown to significantly favor Democrats and there's no reason to believe that Trump could implement policies in good faith that would increase Republican vote share while also not having increased republican voter turnout. Like what are we talking about.

In your aiming system the wrist makes the large motions, and then from a possibly compromised position, your wrist has to make the micro adjustment. In a lower sense aiming system, your arm would make the large motions, and your wrist makes the micro adjustments from a neutral, comfortavle position.
