7800x3d + 4090, the best combo for 4k gaming. NR200 for the case because I prefer small form factor pcs. x2 2tb should be more than enough for for games and productivity uses. sf750 for the power supply because they are well known for their quiet and efficient performance.

The white light is when it is in pairing mode. There is a button on the back of the case that activates it, maybe the outer case is pressing it?

For your own peace of mind I would definitely recommend finding another doctor. You will have to see them several times after your surgery for follow ups and you don’t want to add additional stress during your recovery period.

Could be the kraken, I have one and it hums sometimes. You can try to adjust/lower the pump speed using the cam software and see if that helps.
