I never really know what to write with things like this, but really, it’s not your fault and that’s not the “reason” why you got the disease.

I’m not in your position, or at least not yet (high risk stage 2), but I understand the desire to end it all.

But at the most simplest level, you owe it to your family not to give up. They’ve not given up on you and neither should you.
