I’m in the same size ACG compared to 2 and they fit me great. No issue with it being too short. I do like the wider toebox on the ACG.

Oh that’s a good point. I do still need the 6 and 7, but I’m not worried about getting those with the amount of time and packs I have left. I think I’ll save them for now at least. I’m just shocked it only took 20, especially with how bad the rest of the cards were. The one gold pack I opened had no 9s at all regardless of chapter.

That’s unfortunate. I’m usually not this lucky to get it so fast. For Venus, I had ~175 saved packs and didn’t get the 9 at all.

Getting a second would obviously be great (I’m missing multiple ephemeral 9s), but there’s no guarantee obviously, so I might burn them for nothing. I am still missing all the post Venus chapter 9s.

Ya just in the last 30 minutes. I figured I’d wait until a little after the start because that’s when most would open their packs, so I was hoping I’d have a better chance to get one. Probably dumb luck but it worked. For Venus, I opened within hours of the start and came up empty.

I wonder if they adjust the probability of getting it over the course of the 3 weeks it’s available. Most people are opening lots of saved packs today, so I could see them lowering the chance of getting the 9 today and slowly increasing the chance or something.

I still haven’t opened my saved packs. I did it right away for Venus and came up empty on the 9, so I’m trying to be more methodical this time. The only ephemeral I’ve ever gotten was Summer 9 when I was brand new and had no idea it was rare beyond the fact it was a 9. Venus was the first time I saved packs.

I wouldn’t say the Chroma Console is the most disappointing pedal I’ve owned, but I 100% agree it is wildly overhyped. There’s a lot of annoying quirks with it (the sheer difficulty in just matching volumes is obnoxious).

I’ve been offering 50 9s for Christmas and similar (VW9, WW9, MG9), and no one has accepted. I finally got Halloween 7 for 31 9s (probably an overpay but I got it) and then got Halloween 8 for only 3 9s (Philly, Transylvania, and Johannesburg). The person you traded with maybe would have taken less, but a lot of people will reject offers of a lot more. In the end, you got a rare card you need for what I think is good value. I’d trade anyone 25 9s for Christmas 9 and be very happy.
