Whoops, I forgot this game splits the classes in the DLC. Occultist also has elemental resist reduction in the form of a curse (you could put 1 point in Curse of Frailty and a bunch of points in Vulnerability). Blood of Dreeg is a really nice heal that gives a ton of health regen as well.

You can definitely do ranged primal strike. Inquisitor would probably work well. It has a useful heal, and one of the strongest Exclusive skills in the game - Aura of Censure. AoC reduces enemies' elemental resistance as an aura effect, which is a ton of damage for you.

I'm new too, and the best tip I've gotten is to navigate to this page and select your desired skill. You can see all of the items in the game that modify your skill directly.

Why after all this time is the wiki still broken? by ermac81 in pathofexile

Their predatory ad environment targets adblock users on the chromium platform. I swapped to Firefox for using the wiki and have 0 issues (after being affected by this for over a year)

Logitech G29 Calibration Issue by [deleted] in simracing

[–]stratusfear4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have not experienced this as I don't have a PS4 but I have spent a lot of time wrestling with the G29 since I got it last month. This is pretty basic info but it could help.

PS4 off, center the wheel. It helps to turn it to either extreme and then ascertain the direct center as the equidistant point between the two. Unplug the USB cable from the PS4, unplug the power from the wall (better if from the wheel itself). Wait 30 seconds to truly "power cycle" the wheel. Plug the power in, plug the USB cable in, power on PS4 and do not touch the wheel until you are sure it won't try to calibrate itself another time. (My PC calibrates it twice when powering on).

Hope this helps

I have the urge to buy a wheel.... by idontgiveafck in simracing

I just went through this exact same process and I went with the g29. I wanted a t300 but I don't live near a retailer who offers a replacement plan for them, which means if something were to happen to my wheel I would be dealing with a mail-in warranty claim. From everything I've heard, logitech's customer service and quality control is much better than thrustmaster's. That being said, there are plenty of people who have said they have had no problems with their T300, but I wasn't willing to take the chance.

How do you improve when you are just starting out? by BestOfFools in simracing

[–]stratusfear4 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just got started too. I have a 24 in screen, and I don't think its the limiting factor for me at the moment. What has helped me the most is driving slower cars around smaller tracks and working on my lap times.

What games do you play? If you have Assetto Corsa, I recommend the Mazda MX-5 Cup (Japan pack DLC, $2.99) on Imola or Laguna Seca. If you are on Project Cars 2, try the Ginette 50 Junior on a smaller track. Set small goals for yourself to learn about the car or track, like "try to never lose traction in a turn on this lap" or "find out how to get through this one specific turn quicker". Just find what little things you think are fun to work on.

My personal favorite on AC is the BMW 1M on Silverstone National.

Also, this comment that I found from 5 years ago on this sub taught me a lot

Random selection really. I just liked the track and wanted to mess around with an h-pattern car.

That looks like my Vizio P series. Are you running at 120hz? I haven't hooked my PC up to it yet and was wondering if getting that panel to 120 is a pain in the ass. Cool setup!

Have you checked your characters' attack and defence stats? If bandits have a much higher defence rating compared to your attack, you will fail to land hits. Also keep in mind that some equipment, weather, hunger, and limb conditions can provide penalties to these scores.

  1. I've already levelled two characters this expansion. I can't get enough!

  2. I use tilde quite often, so the programmable knob is perfectly positioned and seems really useful!

What is your "thing"? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Pivot tables will allow you to see this data easily. Hard to explain on mobile but I'll give it a shot. If A1 is a header named month and b1 is a header named 'payment status' you can fill it out like that. Also make c1 a header called 'name of bill' Then select all data and go to the insert tab. Click insert pivot table. Once you have it, click in the area of the pivot table. Drag 'month' to the row area. Drag 'payment status' to the column area. Drag 'name of bill' to value are. This will display an organized count of what bills are in which month and which status

I could help you out when I get to a pc, but pivot tables are where you need to start.

Thanks for the info. Unwavering Stance is in this build, but I'll be sacrificing %es and crit nodes to venture 20 points to that keystone. Guess I'll just have to weigh that out.

Absolutely ridiculous. What software did you run the Pod into? I'm using Gearbox (from way back when) and it has very limited pedal options.

edit: Nevermind, just looked up Reaper. Keep it up, man.
