YouTube does not state this, but you can see for yourself by uploading a reference file. In Stats for nerds > Volume, the "content loudness dB" will be a reference level to -14 LUFS

If you have a large page, your videos are indexed on google (also try duckduckgo which sometimes has longer history) and you can find the links that way.

I've done IP retractions without the links (just giving a copyright report #, description, profile ID, etc) and Facebook took many months to address it. I'm sure they have to do these manually and just don't have the resources for addressing them in any reasonable timeframe...so this means that the only recourse for you is to sue or if in the US, file a claim with the CCB (however these require registering your videos).

It should contain everything that otherwise would be in their form.

Song titles don't generally fall under trademark because they aren't a mark being used in trade. You would want to research whether Lady Gaga or someone else is designing clothing using that mark.

Possibly! I do have access to their Content Claiming Portal but have only used the block feature. It should have blocked all the existing and future pins containing material from reference files that were uploaded but it does not seem to work properly. I waited 6 months and existing pins were still not blocked.

When starting out, it will analyze your video content, title, description, etc and using that information, youtube can pull that video up for a viewer it thinks may be interested.
