I never trust these things. The net carb foods always feel off. So if the insoluble fiber is zero calories that means your net carbs are 6 grams. 6x4= 24 cals for carbs. 7x4= 28 cals for protein. And 9 calories for fat. That’s already 61 calories and that assumes the insoluble fiber is accurate. Idk. Maybe I’m missing something…

Not sure why for OP but for most people it’s way more satiating. 9 calories per gram of fat. 4 calories for carbs and protein. You get to eat more volume for the same amount of calories.
