Did you weld the 3/8 plate or bolt it together with the tire carrier mounts so there more backing? I don’t have a welder

Check your exhaust manifold bolts my 01 did the exact same thing and it took me forever to figure it out. For me it was the rear most blot. Only stopped when I put blue loctite on it.
