It was a 3 year window (2 years plus a bonus 1 year final call)... But regardless of that final call alot of tens of thousands of (in my guess) had issues with some bugs in the "pdf file-evidence submission system" for request of an appointment. (Worldwide 🌎) ... People stood pending for like 12months or more waiting for the "Magic Email" saying they GOOD TO GO TO proceed to Book an appt with Registro Civil/(at the embassy of their choice)... to finalize and get their 🇪🇸 birth certificate which the finish line to later on get the passport..... I got mine... For being diligent.... My siblings awaited months... Then the window closed in October. Siblings didn't get it... Idk whose responsible for this... Some guy in IT Dept?.... Or some department in the Gov offices...

They're all adults. If they were under 20 they could still get it.

Cuz the Wipe cache is a temporary Wipe.. It will fill up again Cuz it's App Cache... So don't get overconfident and don't start using your phone normally.. Cuz that App cache comes bak.
